The last phase of the FOUNTY Zone

The SONABA shall launch the marketing of the last phase of the FOUNTY project (80 hectares). Not less than 1700 beds and more than 60 000 square meters entertainment floor surface are envisaged around a place which is purported to be the new 'trendy' centre of Agadir. The planning envisages as well property for offices (not less than 30.000 square meters) and high standing residences, arranged around a large landscape park (5 hectares). The assigning of the project shall take place through an invitation to interest manifestation that will materialise the selection of famous promoters and quality projects for a capacity of 15.700 tourist bed by 2010.
